“Solicitor, Graham Carson as magistrate really took us into the courtroom with extensive practical advice.I mostly learnt, through our magistrate’s helpful advice, about the manner in which cross examination should take place. I also got to be on the receiving end of it which was exciting. We would very much like to acknowledge the generosity and enthusiasm of our magistrate on the day, Graham Carson of Carson & Associates. The Mock Trial lasted an exhausting 4 hours. Throughout and after, Mr Carson offered valuable critique and encouragement to all active participants. “Your ability to empathise with the feelings of distress and vulnerability of your clients makes your service unique. I appreciate that you were able to deliver your advice while acknowledging my personal experience, and that you made yourself available through the process. Thank you for providing me with the confidence to make decisions and move on positively. Your service is second to none, going above and beyond of what I would normally expect from a legal service. Amanda.”
Nichole shared a similar sentiment when reflecting on her experiences with Graham Carson.
"I approached Graham when I was faced with some barriers negotiating parenting arrangements with my ex-partner. The heat had been turned up and I felt like I was being bullied by legal tactics. Graham gave me the confidence to stand my ground and made me fully aware of the powerful position which I held. Graham was very forthright and forceful with my ex-partner's Solicitors which really changed the state of play from engaging in scare tactics and bullying to trying to achieve a reasonable negotiated outcome. Graham provided very sound legal advice but I believe his real talent is that he extended himself beyond pure legal advice into exploring tactics to be able to achieve the outcomes which I was seeking. Nichole."
